Melissa M. Wolin graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. She graduated from Hofstra Law School in May 2013 with a Juris Doctorate.
During her time at Penn State, Ms. Wolin interned for the Pennsylvania State Attorney General in the Bureau of Consumer Protection. She was also on the Dean’s List every semester.
During her studies at Hofstra Law School, Ms. Wolin participated in the Child Advocacy Law Clinic, where she represented abused and neglected youth in Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens Family Court. She was also involved in the Courtroom Advocates Project, where she assisted indigent, battered individuals in obtaining temporary restraining orders. Additionally, Ms. Wolin interned both for a matrimonial judge in the Second Department and for the Attorneys for Children Office in the Second Department, Appellate Division.
As her passion lies with divorce and family law, Ms. Wolin joined the Law Offices of David L. Martin, Esq., where she currently practices all aspects of divorce and family law and works hard to obtain favorable results for her clients. Ms. Wolin is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, where she serves on the Matrimonial Law Committee.
